High Intensity Classes for Everybody!

What is it?

Fire up your fat burning furnace! Our Bootcamp sessions are tailored to work every body part in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. We do indoor and outdoor sessions using mainly your body weight but also include Kettlebells, Dumbbells and Medicine Balls to challenge you, and the best of all? You’ll be warmed up, worked out and stretched out all within 45 minutes!

When?

Monday to Friday @ 9:30am
Thursday evening @ 5:30pm
Sunday morning @ 10am

Can I do it?

All you have to do is show up! This class is for anyone and everyone of all abilities. You don’t need to be fit to start. Whether your target is fat loss, improved performance or making friends in the local area, this class is for you!
