In simple terms, CrossFit is described as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement.

What does that mean?

It means everything we do here serves to make you fitter, able to take on challenges that everyday life could provide, and also make you stronger and faster. Whatever your goal, our program will challenge and push you.

We constantly vary our programme. That doesn't mean it's random, but we use as many functional exercises as possible to give you the best workout you can get. Functional movement is fundamental to our everyday lives.

Whether it be lifting something off the floor, running around with your children, or putting something high on a shelf, we need to be able to perform functional movements.

First and foremost, The Only Way Is CrossFit is a community.

We are committed to making sure that you train in a safe and effective environment, where help is always at hand. We believe that you should always feel welcome, forge friendships, have fun and train to your best ability. CrossFit improves lives, and we are proud to be a part of that.

You will learn to lift heavy weights, in a safe and supportive environment, with no egos or mirrors. You will learn to move your body in ways you never knew you could. You'll go back to feeling like a kid, doing handstands and skipping, and you'll learn how to truly engage your core, to build a stronger body.

You'll track your progress and constantly improve. You'll get nutritional advice and even a tailored programme should you want to take things to the next level.
