What is it?

First and foremost, we are coaches. We’re in the business of helping people. Personal training is a great way to work on your fitness goals with your own plan tailored by one of our awesome coaches. Whatever your goals, we will endeavour to help you reach them.

When is it?

You can come up with a schedule with your coach. It’s all booked online so it’s easy to track. Simply commit to showing up and putting the work in. You can block book packages so that you know how many sessions you have to work on your goals and it’s all tracked! We take out the hard work of figuring out what and how you need to train, giving you the tools to succeed.
