Sports Massage Therapy is an effective way of reducing and releasing muscular tension in many different areas of the body. Sports massage carries certain associations;

Unfortunately, these associations can put people off, but actually, sports massage doesn’t need to be painful. If a therapist has to illicit pain to provide a successful treatment, they aren’t providing you with the best service they can. We can work deep into muscles if needed, but we will work with you, to assess pain levels, barriers and provide you with the care you need.
Why do I need a massage?Whether you exercise, train, work at a desk, have a physical job, are injured, or just want a tune-up, you could do with a massage. There are so many benefits, including;
